The appellee is 76 years of age. The relationship of attorney and client began between the parties in 1922 and she paid him his fees until 1928. According to the allegations of the bill of complaint, in 1930 the appellee told the appellant that she wished to leave him $10,000 in her will for services rendered and to be rendered up to the amount of $10,000.
