OPINION OF THE COURT BY TOWSE, C.J.

Plaintiff in error was indicted and convicted of the crime of extortion in the second degree.

The evidence at trial established that Park and one Richard Halm called at the home of Mrs. Soon Up Kim at Wahiawa. After relating to Mrs. Kim that he had met her some twenty years ago at the home of his brother, Halm summoned Park and introduced him as being engaged in the grocery trade...
