This is an appeal from a judgment of the Carter Circuit Court sustaining an award of the Workmen's Compensation Board in favor of John Johnson. The claim was filed against Charles Sexton and was later amended to make L. Y. Suttles a party defendant. The Bituminous Casualty Corporation, Sexton's liability insurance carrier, intervened. The award and judgment ran against Sexton, Suttles and Bituminous. Bituminous has appealed and Johnson has filed...
