BRAY, J.

In an action for damages for personal injuries claimed to have been sustained from a defective heater in a drive-in theater, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendant Alameda Amusment Company, a corporation,* and in favor of plaintiffs and against defendant National Heaters, Inc., in the sum of $600. From the judgment entered thereon, plaintiffs appeal.
