This is an action of boundary in which the plaintiff alleged that he is the owner of two lots of ground in the Angers Addition situated in the City of Houma, being Lots Three and Four in Block 3 and that Lot 3 measured 44' on the south side of School Street by a depth between parallel lines of 132', while Lot 4 has a front measurement of 45' 23/8" on the south side of School Street by a depth of 132 feet 10¼"'.
