Plaintiff sued for divorce on the grounds of his wife's desertion and cruelty. The wife cross-complained asking for separate maintenance. Judgment was entered for the husband on the ground of wilful desertion and against the wife on her cross-complaint. The husband appeals from that portion of the judgment which awards the wife $17,155.62 as her half of the community property of the parties.
