This is a suit for personal injuries growing out of an automobile accident. Plaintiff sued on two causes of action, the first by reason of defendant's alleged ordinary (as distinguished from gross) negligence, and the second by reason of defendant's alleged gross negligence. As to the first cause of action the court granted a motion for a directed verdict for the reason that plaintiff was barred from recovery under the terms of the Nevada guest statute...
