This suit was instituted on November 13, 1950, for the purpose of obtaining injunctive relief against the defendants. There is no serious dispute as to the actual facts but the parties are not in accord as to the inferences to be drawn therefrom. In 1926 defendants Teahen became the owners of property described as lot No 509 and the northerly 68-1/2 feet of lot No 510 in Voigt Park Subdivision, quarter section 36, 10,000-acre tract, in the city of Detroit...
