This is an appeal from the decision of the Board of Appeals of the United States Patent Office affirming that of the Primary Examiner in rejecting, for lack of invention over the cited references, the single claim of appellant's application for a patent on a new, original, and ornamental design of an air diffuser, shown in two figures of the drawings which form the basis of appellant's application.
