MADDEN, Judge.

On December 6, 1948, the court entered judgment for the plaintiff in this suit for just compensation for the taking by the Government of the plaintiff's dry-cargo freighter, the International. The judgment was based upon a sound condition value of $292,232.18 for the ship on the date of its taking, October 6, 1943. On June 13, 1949 the Supreme Court of the United States decided the case of United States v. Cors, 337 U.S. 325
