HAWTHORNE, Justice.
Appellants, Walter Gaines and John Gaines, were charged in a bill of information with the unlawful possession of narcotic drugs, to-wit, six tablets of codeine and four tablets of morphine, tried before a jury, adjudged guilty, and sentenced to a term of 10 years' imprisonment in the state penitentiary.
