On appeal. This is a petition under the "contested election" statute to determine whether the petitioner Arthur J. Lesieur was elected mayor of Biddeford for the current term commencing January 1, 1953 and is entitled to the office. R.S. Ch. 5, Secs. 85-89 inclusive.
