This suit was instituted in circuit court to obtain injunctive relief and to determine the respective interests of the parties under a land contract for the purchase of a house and plot of ground in Plainfield township, Kent county. Plaintiff is the widow of Charles F. Irvine, who died January 19, 1951, and is the duly appointed administratrix of his estate.
