Plaintiff filed its bill in chancery in the Washtenaw circuit court, to obtain a decree setting aside for fraud certain agreements and a lease affecting the rights of plaintiff as to certain personal property, decreeing a foreclosure of plaintiff's chattel mortgage and sale to satisfy the mortgage and for a decree for the deficiency, if any, after the sale.
