George Grahamer, of Scranton, sued Barbara Madden, of Scranton, on a cause of action evidently trespass vi et armis. For reasons which do not appear plaintiff brought his action before William C. Rippon, justice of the peace in Jermyn, this county. Defendant was duly served by a constable operating from the bailiwick of Justice Rippon.
