This appeal questions the action of the District Court in directing a verdict for the defendant at the conclusion of all the testimony. The issue was defendant's alleged negligence as a doctor in performing several operations upon the plaintiff and in the treatment associated with the operations. The basic operation was the removal from plaintiff's right leg of two inches of the femur to shorten the leg so as to bring it into better coordination...
