Wade L. Traynham, herein referred to as plaintiff, brought this action for damages for personal injuries suffered by him when a truck he was driving was struck by an automobile owned and driven by Reese Tellis, defendant, at the intersection of Willard avenue and Darlington avenue, in the then town of Phoebus, now in the city of Hampton. He recovered a verdict and judgment which the defendant now seeks...
