This is an appeal from a judgment of the Wayne county circuit court in an action for the recovery of the purchase price of 112 immersion heaters.

James A. Brown, plaintiff and appellee, claims to have sold the heaters to Seal Peel, Inc., defendant and appellant, for the sum of $1,456.
