This is an appeal from a judgment for $1,213 and costs, rendered in an action against an estate upon a rejected claim for money due upon an open book account for real estate commissions claimed to have been earned by plaintiff Don Richmond while working for L.B. Frederick, the deceased. From this judgment the executrix appeals.
