This is a suit for the rescission of a contract for the sale and purchase of approximately 400 acres of land, with livestock and equipment, located in Douglas county, Oregon, brought by William A. Schuler and Cecelia Schuler, his wife, as plaintiffs, against Carlyle H. Humphrey and Gladys E. Humphrey, his wife, as defendants. The trial court denied plaintiffs' right to rescind and entered a decree in favor of defendants...
