Defendant, Edwin Richard, has appealed from his conviction under LSA-R.S. 14:78 of the crime of unlawfully cohabiting and having sexual intercourse with his sister, Lorena Richard, aged 14, and his sentence to serve 12 years at hard labor in the state penitentiary.
