Action under the federal employers' liability act (35 Stat. 65, c. 149, as amended by 36 Stat. 291, c. 143, and 53 Stat. 1404, c. 685 [45 USCA, § 51, et seq.]) for personal injuries sustained December 25, 1948, when plaintiff fell from the brake platform of one of defendant's boxcars at the latter's yards in Missoula, Montana.
