This is an appeal by Rowan & Hope and Carl Wallen from a judgment rendered after a jury trial of three consolidated causes. The basis of the lawsuit was a collision between a truck owned by Rowan & Hope and an automobile driven by Mildred Paisley. Jose Maria B.
