This action is a Bill in Equity brought by the inhabitants of the town of Beals, a municipal corporation located in the County of Washington, State of Maine, against Uriah H. Beal of Beals, Maine, asking for an injunction, both temporary and permanent, to restrain the defendant from operating a ferry between the town of Beals and Jonesport, and comes to the Law Court upon an agreed statement of facts.
