On and between December 27, 1949, and April 5, 1951, plaintiff performed work and labor for defendants in the construction of two dwellings and earned total wages of $926.50. On this amount $231.50 was paid. There is no material dispute between the parties as to the amount earned or the unpaid balance. Complaint was filed May 3, 1951.
