Plaintiff brought this suit to recover damages suffered by reason of claimed malpractice by defendant. From a verdict directed for defendant by the court, under the statute of limitations, plaintiff appeals. The malpractice alleged was the leaving of a part of a broken surgical needle in the abdominal cavity of plaintiff during and following an operation of supracervical hysterectomy.
