LUJAN, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of the crime of statutory rape. He appeals from the judgment of conviction thereupon imposed. The sole assignment of error is predicated upon the refusal of the trial court to direct a verdict of not guilty upon defendant's motion made at the close of the state's case, and again made at the close of the entire case. The argument in support of this objection is based upon his claim that the testimony of the state's witnesses...
