Certiorari Denied by Supreme Court July 17, 1953.
HICKERSON, Judge.
W. B. Hayborn brought this suit against Richard Emil Thoni and Ada H. Thoni, doing business as Thoni Oil Company, to recover damages for personal injuries which he sustained in an automobile accident. Judgment was entered on a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff for $35,000.
To review that judgment defendants have appealed in error to this Court.
