This is an appeal from the disallowance of a claim in a report of the commissioners on the estate of Lettie A. Towner. In the county court a motion was made to dismiss the appeal. This motion was granted. The bill of exceptions shows that the court made the following entry: "Motion granted with exceptions to the claimants Swintons May 2, 1952."
