The court properly overruled the general demurrers. The plaintiff alleged facts which, if proven, would authorize a jury to find that the defendant was negligent. She alleged that she was on a through highway or street; that she entered into the intersection at a lawful speed; and that the defendant, who was on her left and over whom she had the right of way at this intersection, failed to heed a stop signal placed at the intersection on the street...
