Although no fraud is charged, the relationship between Cook and the City authorities is set forth in the bill of complaint. The cases of City of Leesburg v. Ware, 113 Fla. 760, 153 So. 87; City of Stuart v. Green, 156 Fla. 551, 23 So.2d 831; and City of Miami v. Benson, Fla., 63 So.2d 916, where chancery cases. No fraud or bribery was alleged in these cases but it was charged that an agent or employee or officer...
