CORN, J.
This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Tulsa county, affirming a decree of distribution of the county court.
After a full and complete hearing, the district court made findings of fact which are set forth in the journal entry of judgment, to wit:
"The defendants then introduced their evidence and rested and the Court after hearing all of the testimony of witnesses, and examining all of the documentary evidence introduced...
