This is an action originally brought by Lee H. Williams against Tom Terbush and Harold Wells to recover damages alleged to have been sustained as a result of a car collision between a Chevrolet passenger car owned by William Laird and driven by him and a Studebaker dump truck owned by Tom Terbush and driven by Wells.
