This is an action on a fire insurance policy for the loss by fire of household and personal effects. The insurer defended on the ground that the policy had been cancelled by the plaintiff insofar as it related to the property destroyed, and further contended that the property had been removed from the premises covered by the policy contrary to the terms thereof.
