This suit is by the plaintiff against the defendant for damages to his automobile truck in the sum of $425 and for the loss occasioned by the non-use of the truck for 13 days in the sum of $40 per day, amounting to $520, or a total sum of $945. The suit grows out of an intersectional collision between a truck owned by the plaintiff and driven by one of his employees while engaged in hauling sand and gravel, and a Plymouth 1952 sedan automobile owned...
