OPINION BY RENO, J., January 20, 1953:

The compensation authorities denied benefits to appellant and two other claimants because they were disqualified under the Unemployment Compensation Law, § 401 (d), 43 P.S. § 801, which provides: "Compensation shall be payable to any employe who is or becomes unemployed and who . . . (d) Is able to work and available for suitable work;".
