This suit was instituted by Roberto Urdiales against Laredo Brick Company to remove cloud from his title to Lot 10 in Block 1267, in the Eastern Division of the City of Laredo, Webb County, Texas, caused by the Laredo Brick Company filing a statutory affidavit asserting a lien on said Lot 10, for material supplied to George Rodriguez, a contractor.
