The appellant sued the appellee in the County Court of Adams County for damages arising out of an automobile collision. The damages sought by the appellant were damages to his automobile. The collision occurred on January 4, 1951, between 2:30 and 3 o'clock P.M., on the lower Woodville road about one mile from Natchez. The road is a concrete highway about 22 feet wide.
