This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment for the amount of an alleged overpayment of rent and an attorney's fee under the Housing and Rent Act. The action was instituted in the Municipal Court of Cincinnati, which rendered judgment for the plaintiff for $125, found by that court to be in excess of the allowable maximum, and $50 as an attorney's fee.
