These appeals are by plaintiffs and defendant respectively from the respective provisions of the decree in a patent infringement suit which each regards as adverse to it. The decree, holding the patent valid and infringed and enjoining further infringement by the defendant, held that plaintiffs were guilty of laches in respect of the infringement, and that, because thereof, they could recover no damages resulting from the infringement prior...
