PER CURIAM.

This appeal comes before this Court on the Clerk's transcript. The defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while intoxicated. From the judgment entered thereon the defendant has appealed.

We have examined the record and finding no error therein the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
