PER CURIAM.
This case comes before this Court on the Clerk's transcript. The defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of operating a motor vehicle upon the public highway while intoxicated in violation of Section 321.281, Code 1950, I.C.A. From the judgment entered thereon the defendant has appealed.
We have examined the record and finding no error therein, the judgment appealed from is affirmed.
