OPINION BY ROSS, J., July 14, 1953:

This is an appeal from an order of the Public Utility Commission granting a certificate of public convenience to Ray Slater, and cancelling an outstanding certificate issued to Joseph and Ray Slater, co-partners, doing business as Slater Brothers.
