On July 3, 1952, at about 6:45 P.M., and during daylight hours, Fonda Gayle Alvey, a six year old daughter of Frank Alvey, sustained personal injuries as the result of being struck by an automobile driven in the city limits of Wichita Falls, Texas, by Leon Goforth...
