Newstead and Verna Newstead, his wife, defendants, from building on lot 11, Indian Village subdivision of part of the southwest quarter of section 30, T3N, R10E, Pontiac township, Oakland county, Michigan. Only the easterly 8-1/2 feet of lot 11 is involved in this suit, defendants not claiming any interest in the westerly 16-1/2 feet...
