This is an action for damages brought by Emmy Rose Bergamo against her brothers, Rudolph and Otto Engelhardt, arising out of the death of plaintiff's husband, John Bergamo, caused by the drinking of poison on the premises operated by defendants in the City of Kirkwood and known as Engelhardt Brothers Nursery. From a judgment for plaintiff for $7,500 defendants have appealed to this court.
