Leslie Feldhaus' automobile was struck by a train of the Southern Railway Company where the track crosses the Bardstown Road at Beuchel in Jefferson County. A judgment for $10,550 recovered on the first trial of his suit for damages against the railway company was reversed because of erroneous instructions. Other questions were reserved.
