This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Huron County.
The action was commenced in that court by the appellee, Frederick A. Schmidt, Inc., as plaintiff, against the appellant, Mrs. Bryan Brock, as defendant, to recover a sum alleged due the plaintiff, a real estate broker, on account of the sale of a two-family residence owned by the defendant and her husband.
