Wood and being operated at the time of the accident by his employee, Robert McCullom, in the course of his employment, and a 1947 Ford automobile belonging to Charles Flowers and being in charge, at the time of said accident, of his wife, Mrs. Artie T. Flowers. The collision occurred on or about April 20, 1949, on State Highway 51, near Manchac, Tangipahoa Parish...
