The plaintiff is seeking damages for personal injuries allegedly received by him as the result of a collision between a Greyhound Corporation passenger bus and a loaded trailer of hay upon which plaintiff was riding on black-topped Route 61 near Lindsey, Louisiana, on June 2, 1951 between eight and nine o'clock A. M.
